Emphasis given to specific challenges or engagements. Our Leadership Communication Profile is often a key feature of this program. For one participant, 2-4 days within 6-18 months. Can be extended to more days. NOTE: four of President George W. Bush's cabinet members have participated in this private program.
- Persuasive Edge Leadership Communication Seminar (Group) - This program emphasizes developing and delivering strategically-focused, targeted presentations, as well as fielding tough, entrapping questions. Special emphasis is given to projecting a leadership presence and to reflecting leadership in the content and structure of a persuasive message. A two-day program for up to 4 participants.
- Persuasive Edge Advanced Leadership Communication Seminar (Private or Group) - This program is for leaders who have completed the two-day Persuasive Edge Leadership Seminar described above. Each agenda is customized to the needs of each participant. This program usually emphasizes major presentations, speeches for special occasions, and strategies for other high-stakes communication challenges. A one-day program for up to 3 participants.
- The Leader as Motivator Seminar (Private or Group) - This program emphasizes how the leader as motivator can leverage communication to tap into the potential of key internal and external audiences. Specific events or campaigns related to major organizational change initiatives often serve as the focal point of this seminar. A one-day program for up to 2 participants.
- Advancing Leadership through Media Interviews (Private or Group) - Participants learn to approach media interviews proactively and persuasively to leverage business objectives. Program highlights how the media operate, methods of preparation and skills development for a variety of electronic and print media interviews. All exercises are based on specific issues facing the organization. A one-day program for 1 - 4 participants.
- Crisis Communication and Leadership (Private or Group) - A popular and comprehensive program that addresses the necessity for decisive, persuasive leadership communication in high-stakes situations. Emphasis is given in the two-day program to developing a crisis media strategy and to quality decision-making for both the operational and communication-related dimensions of a crisis. A one-day program for 1 - 5 participants (4 recommended); a two-day program for 4 - 6 participants.
- Communication Strategy Summit (Group) - A custom-designed forum to develop and align communication strategies with business goals and objectives. This experience often features a proprietary strategic communication planning model developed by Martel & Associates. This program usually involves one or two days.

Features our proprietary "Banana Peels®" technique, a method originally developed for President Ronald Reagan. A one-day program for 1 - 4 participants.
- Leadership Communication Support Seminar (Private or Group) - Provides counsel to professional communication teams regarding how to further support their leaders' growth and effectiveness as communicators. This program, while customized, features methods developed by Martel & Associates and special exercises regarding strategic thinking and coaching. A one to two-day program for up to four participants.
