
Carol M. Rosenbaum is a specialist in media and communication, with over 30 years as a TV journalist, documentary writer/producer and college teacher.
She has extensive experience in television news, serving for five years as Executive Producer for News Series at an ABC TV affiliate. Her journalism skills won her the coveted Robert F. Kennedy National Journalism Award for best television news series. The investigative news documentaries she wrote and produced for ABC also won top national and regional honors.
In addition to her consulting affiliation with Martel & Associates, Carol heads a media company that creates compelling training and informational programs - from script to screen - for the government, corporations and television. Her incisive writing and dynamic style have won two Emmys, three additional Emmy nominations and ten national first-place awards.
Throughout her career, Carol has coached professionals from the business, medical, legal and broadcast fields for on-camera appearances, presentations and media interviews. She has also developed expertise in e-media coaching, and in preparing speakers for teleconferences and webcasts.
She holds an A.B. from Smith College and an M.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed additional graduate work in Cinema Studies/Film Production at UCLA.
